MICE DMC in Dubai for incentives and corporate events
A program is not a package. It is a schedule that cannot slip.
Meetings, incentives, conferences and events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, contracted and operated by the company that is physically here.
What the letters actually buy.
MICE covers four different jobs, and they fail in different ways. A meeting fails on the room and the timing. An incentive fails on the promise made to the person who won it. A conference fails on logistics at scale. An event fails on production. The common factor is that all four are decided in the destination, by whoever holds the supplier contracts.
Business agendas
Meeting rooms outside the hotel when the agenda deserves it, technical visits, company visits and interpreting on both sides of the table.
The trip that was promised
The program somebody was sold a year earlier, in front of the people who won it. This is the format with the least tolerance for a substitution nobody explained.
Volume without queues
Room blocks, arrival waves, transport on the conference timetable and hospitality that does not collapse at the coffee break.
Venue and production
Desert venues, private yachts, rooftops and hotel ballrooms, with the local production suppliers contracted and coordinated by us.
Contracted in our own name.
Not brokered, not passed to a third party who then passes it on again. Zaya signs with the supplier and Zaya answers for it.
Venues
Hotel ballrooms, meeting rooms, desert venues, private yachts and rooftops, held under contract with the dates protected.
Accommodation
Group blocks with rooming lists, upgrade policy for the leadership team and rate protection across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Transport
Cars, vans, minibuses and coaches on the program timetable, with meet and assist on arrival and departure.
Food and beverage
Gala dinners, business lunches, coffee breaks and receptions, including the dietary requirements collected before arrival rather than at the table.
Staffing and interpreting
Hostesses, licensed guides and interpreting in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Arabic.
Experiences
Observation decks, desert programs, cruises and helicopter flights, booked at the time the program needs, not the time that is left over.

By component, when the process requires it.
Corporate procurement and public bodies rarely buy a package. They buy line items, compare quotations and need the numbers to hold up months later, in front of somebody who was not in the room.
We quote that way on request: unit price by component, quantity, dates and total, in AED or in the currency of the contract. Consolidated invoice or separate invoices, as your process requires.
We are a mainland company licensed by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, which is what allows a tour operator to contract and invoice locally. Trade License 1580956.
Every program changes. The question is who can approve the change.
One contact, one document
A single coordinator from the first brief to the final invoice. The program is written down with times, suppliers and responsibilities, so nobody is improvising from memory.
Present, not on call
Our people are at the airport, at check-in and at the venue. Presence is what turns a forty minute problem into a five minute one.
We renegotiate directly
The flight lands late, the group grows, the speaker cancels. We hold the contracts, so we talk to the hotel and the venue ourselves instead of forwarding a request down a chain.
What organisers usually ask.
What does a MICE DMC do in Dubai?
It is the company that contracts and runs the ground side of a meeting, incentive, conference or event in the destination. Venues, hotel blocks, transport, catering, staffing, production suppliers and the schedule that holds them together. In Dubai, Zaya contracts that in its own name under its Dubai tourism license.
Do you work with agencies and event organisers, or only direct clients?
Both. Agencies and event organisers receive net rates and sell under their own brand, and we do not contact their client commercially. Companies and associations that prefer to contract the ground operator directly can do so.
What size of program do you take?
From a board-level incentive of a dozen people to a delegation of thirty or more. What decides the answer is not headcount alone, it is how many moving parts run at the same time.
Can you quote item by item instead of a package price?
Yes. Unit price by component, quantity, dates and total, in AED or in the currency of the contract. Procurement teams and public bodies usually need the numbers to survive an audit, and a single package figure does not.
Who is on the ground during the program?
A named coordinator for the duration, reachable outside office hours, with our own people at the points where the schedule can break: airport, hotel check-in, transfers and the venue.
What happens when something changes at the last minute?
We hold the supplier contracts, so the change is negotiated by us directly with the hotel, the venue or the transport company. There is no chain of intermediaries between the request and the person who can approve it.
Before you send the brief.
Send the dates, the headcount and the objective.
That is enough for a first costed program. If your procurement needs an itemized breakdown by component, or us registered as a supplier before you can request quotations, say so in the first message and we send the license and company documents with the proposal.
