Trade fairs and delegations

The stand contract stops at the stand.

Everything a delegation needs between the airport and the exhibition hall is somebody else's problem. In the Emirates, it is ours.

The gap

What a pavilion contract does not cover.

Participation documents for national pavilions state it in writing: accommodation, meals and local transport are not included and are the participant's responsibility. That is a real, recurring and unserved need, repeated at every edition.

Accommodation blocks

Negotiated group rates near the venue, held under contract, with rooming lists and late arrivals handled.

Daily transport

Hotel to venue and back, on the exhibition schedule, not on a fixed tourist timetable. Cars, vans and coaches according to the group.

Interpreting and hostesses

Portuguese, English, Spanish and Arabic on the stand and in meetings.

Hospitality and catering

Coffee service on the stand, business lunches, receptions and the closing dinner.

Business agenda

Meeting rooms outside the fairground, technical visits and a social programme for the delegation.

Arrival and departure

Meet and assist at the airport, including the flights that land after midnight, which is most of them.

For procurement

Quoted by component.

Institutions and public bodies rarely buy a package. They buy line items, compare three quotations and need the numbers to survive an audit.

We quote that way when asked: unit price by component, quantity, dates and total, in AED or in the currency of the contract. Consolidated invoice or separate invoices, as your process requires.

We are a mainland company licensed by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, which is what allows a tour operator to contract and invoice locally. Trade Licence 1580956.

Why a local supplier

The difference shows on the bad day.

01

In our own name

We hold the supplier contracts. There is no chain of intermediaries adding a margin and a delay between your request and the hotel.

02

Here when it happens

The problem appears at seven in the morning Gulf time. A supplier operating from another continent finds out about it at lunch.

03

Both sides of the table

We brief the delegation in its own language and negotiate with the local supplier in his. Nothing is lost in the middle.

For chambers, associations and organisers

Send the fair, the dates and the headcount.

We come back with a costed proposal by component. If you need us registered as a supplier before you can request quotations, ask and we will send the licence, the bank details and the company documents.
