Abu Dhabi DMC, operated with Dubai under one contract
Two emirates, one contract, one person answering.
Most programs that include Abu Dhabi are sold by someone who then buys Abu Dhabi from somebody else. We contract it ourselves.
Programs do not break in Dubai or in Abu Dhabi. They break between them.
The transfer that leaves late because the first supplier finished his part. The guide who was booked for the wrong side of the border. The hotel in the second city that never received the rooming list, because it was never sent by the company that sold the trip. Every one of these is a handover failure, and handovers only exist when two companies are involved.
The same company on both days
Tourism licenses in the Emirates are issued emirate by emirate, and we say which one is ours instead of implying a federal one: Dubai, Department of Economy and Tourism, Trade License 1580956. What does not change at the emirate border is who you contracted. The booking, the invoice and the accountability stay with Zaya.
One layer, not two
The usual arrangement is a Dubai operator buying the Abu Dhabi day from another operator, and the client paying two margins for it. We contract the Abu Dhabi suppliers ourselves, which takes out the middle layer rather than just the paperwork.
The same name all week
The person who took the brief is the person on the phone when the coach is late, in either emirate, on either day.
What we contract in Abu Dhabi.
Accommodation
Group blocks and individual rooms, with rooming lists, contract negotiation and rate protection.
Transport between the emirates
Private cars, vans, minibuses and coaches for the Dubai to Abu Dhabi leg and for the local program, planned around traffic rather than around a brochure timetable.
Guides and interpreting
Licensed guides in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and interpreting for business agendas.
Venues and hospitality
Meeting rooms, receptions, dinners and catering for corporate and institutional programs.
Cultural and leisure program
The museums, the mosque, the theme parks and the desert, booked with the entry conditions and dress requirements handled before the group arrives.
Coordination on the ground
A named coordinator for the duration of the program, reachable outside office hours, in both emirates.

Abu Dhabi is not Dubai with fewer towers.
It is the capital, and it reads that way: institutional, more formal, and organised around culture, government and industry rather than around retail and nightlife. A delegation that goes there for a meeting is treated differently from a group that goes there for a day out, and the program should be built accordingly.
That is also why the decision to sleep there or return the same night is the first one we ask about. It changes the transport plan, the guide hours and the cost, and it is much cheaper to decide before the quotation than after it.
What clients usually ask.
Do you operate Abu Dhabi directly or through a third party?
We contract the Abu Dhabi program ourselves rather than handing it to another operator. Tourism licenses in the Emirates are issued emirate by emirate, and ours is issued in Dubai by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Trade License 1580956. In Abu Dhabi we contract the hotels, the transport, the venues and the licensed local guides, and Zaya remains the company that holds the booking and answers for the program.
Can Dubai and Abu Dhabi run under a single contract?
Yes, and that is the usual reason clients come to us. One contract, one quotation, one coordinator and one invoice across both emirates, instead of two suppliers who each blame the other when a transfer between the cities goes wrong.
How far apart are Dubai and Abu Dhabi in practice?
They are separate emirates on the same coast, close enough for a day program and far enough that traffic and the return leg have to be planned. The decision that matters is whether the group sleeps in Abu Dhabi or returns the same evening, and that changes the cost, not just the timetable.
What do you contract in Abu Dhabi?
Accommodation, private transport with meet and assist, licensed guides, meeting rooms and venues, catering and hospitality, cultural and leisure experiences, and the coordination that holds the schedule together on the day.
Do you handle institutional and government agendas in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Chambers of commerce, industry associations and trade promotion bodies bringing a delegation. We quote by component when procurement requires it, and we can be registered as a supplier before you request quotations.
Which languages do you work in?
We brief and accompany groups in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and we negotiate with local suppliers in English and Arabic. Interpreting for business agendas is arranged as part of the program.
The rest of the operation.
Tell us the dates and whether the group sleeps in Abu Dhabi.
With that and the headcount we come back with a costed program across both emirates. If you need an itemized breakdown by component, ask in the first message and we build it that way.
