Zaya was built in Dubai by someone who works the ground here. Not a representative office of a company based somewhere else.
Built from the ground.
Our founding partner arrived in Dubai in 2018 and worked the destination directly, as a guide, an interpreter and then as an operator, before there was a company to put a name to it.
That is an unusual order of events in this industry, where most operators start from a desk and buy the ground from someone else. It is also the reason our rates, our timings and our supplier judgement come from having done the work, not from a rate sheet.
World Zaya Tourism LLC was incorporated in 2026, with a mainland licence and an office in Dubai, and with a second partner based in Europe.

The company has no departments and does not pretend to. Both partners sign and both operate.
Júlio Cesar Saad
Founding Partner. Resident in Dubai since 2018. Runs the ground operation, supplier negotiation and delivery. Works in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Maísa Thielles
Founding Partner. Client relationships and European market, from first contact through to the follow-up after the group returns.
