DMC in Dubai for travel agents and tour operators
The operator in Dubai, from a couple to a full delegation.
We contract hotels, transport and experiences in our own name, under our Dubai tourism license, with our own people on the ground. When you sell Dubai, we are the side that executes.
A destination management company and inbound tour operator, working B2B with travel agents, tour operators and corporate buyers.
Three ways to work with us.
Net rates
You receive a costed program at net. You add your margin and sell under your own brand. We never contact your passenger commercially.
Direct operation
Companies and organisers that prefer to contract the ground operator directly, without a layer in between.
Delegations and missions
Chambers, industry associations and trade promotion bodies bringing a group to the Emirates. Quotation by component, with an itemized breakdown when procurement requires it.
What we contract.
Everything below is contracted by Zaya, in Zaya's name, with Zaya answering for it.
Accommodation
Group blocks, rooming lists, contract negotiation and rate protection with hotels across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Transport
Private cars, vans, minibuses and coaches, with meet and assist on arrival and departure.
Guides and interpreting
Licensed guides in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Interpreting for business agendas.
Venues and hospitality
Meeting rooms, receptions, dinners, coffee breaks and catering, including desert venues and private yachts.
Experiences and attractions
Observation decks, desert programs, cruises, helicopter flights and spa, booked with the timing the program needs, not the timing that is left over.
Coordination on the ground
A named coordinator for the duration of the program, reachable outside office hours.
The same operation, asked for by different names.
Buyers arrive here using the vocabulary of their own trade. A corporate organiser asks for a MICE DMC, a tour operator asks for a ground handler, and an institution asks who covers Abu Dhabi. It is one company and one license underneath, so each of those questions has its own page.
MICE DMC in Dubai
Meetings, incentives, conferences and events, quoted by component and coordinated on site.
Ground handling in Dubai
Everything after the plane lands, executed at net under your brand, invisible to your passenger.
Abu Dhabi
The capital contracted directly, with Dubai and Abu Dhabi under a single contract and one coordinator.

Where we are the DMC, and where we are not.
In the United Arab Emirates we are the destination management company. We hold the license, we hold the supplier contracts and we are physically here.
Beyond the Emirates we run groups to Asia, including China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, and to Europe, South America and the Maldives. There we work through a vetted partner network, and we say so plainly rather than presenting someone else's operation as our own.
What agencies usually ask.
What is a DMC?
A destination management company is the ground operator in the destination. It contracts hotels, transport, guides and experiences locally and coordinates the program on site. In Dubai, Zaya is that operator.
Do you work with travel agencies and tour operators?
Yes. We quote net rates to the trade. The agency sells to its own client and keeps its margin, while Zaya runs the ground in Dubai without appearing to the passenger.
What group sizes do you handle?
From a couple on a private itinerary to delegations of thirty or more. The operation is sized to the group and its purpose.
Do you handle incentives and corporate events?
Yes. We operate incentive travel, business delegations and corporate agendas in Dubai, including meeting rooms, business rounds, technical visits and the social program.
Do you operate outside Dubai?
Dubai and the Emirates are where we are the DMC. We also run groups to Asia, Europe, South America and the Maldives through a vetted partner network.

Terms, turnaround and duty contact
Net rates, published payment and cancellation terms, and the 24h number.
Send the brief. We come back with a costed program.
Dates, group size, standard and purpose are enough to start. If your procurement requires an itemized breakdown by component, say so in the first message and we build it that way.
