Dubai runs on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) all year, with no daylight saving. From the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November it is 8 hours ahead of New York, 9 ahead of Chicago and 11 ahead of Los Angeles. The rest of the year, add one hour to each. The UAE working week runs Monday to Friday.

Dates, headcount, nationalities
Arrival and departure, group size, the room split if you know it, and the passports in the group. Entry rules differ by passport.
Why the group is coming
Leisure, incentive, a trade show, a congress or a business agenda. It changes the whole shape of the program.
How you need it quoted
A single package price, or itemized by component. If procurement requires three comparable bids, say so and we build ours to be comparable.
